ABOUT THE PRESENTER:

Ms. Lee Shipway M.S.W., L.C.S.W. brings to each presentation 25 years of experience as a clinical social worker and outpatient psychotherapist licensed by the state of Wisconsin.  In her psychotherapy practice Ms. Shipway has aided children, teens, adults, couples and families to become healed and whole.  Her expertise is most well known in the fields of domestic violence, childhood sexual abuse, and recovery for adult survivors of incest. 

For the past 20 years Ms. Shipway has co-facilitated treatment groups for men or women who have been physically abusive to their intimate partners.  She is well versed on the effects of domestic violence on the abusers, the victims/survivors, and their children. 

Ms. Shipway has presented to numerous audiences in the past 15 years including teachers, parents, guidance counselors, therapists, pre-schoolers, clergy, elementary age children, teens, businesses, law enforcement, social workers, and victim advocates.
